• Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal fund transfer.
• Hacking, using bots, or placing bets through automated software.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or threatening other members or Takabat17 staff.
• Using stolen credit cards or mobile accounts.
• Fraudulent activities using the Takabat17 name or logo.

Any of the above actions will result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable.

Takabat17 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances.

• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if KYC verification is not completed.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, the account will be suspended for the duration of the investigation.
• Voluntary self-exclusion is available, allowing members to close their account for a set period.
